NeoDynamics AB (publ) (”NeoDynamics”) – with a new patented micropulse technology to simplify and improve the precision in biopsy procedures – hereby announces approval on passportation of the prospectus. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has issued an approval on passportation of NeoDynamics’ prospectus offering for subscription of units in Finland and Norway. Every year, approximately 2.1 million women worldwide are diagnosed with breast cancer, increasing by five percent per year. NeoDynamics has developed the NeoNavia® biopsy system which facilitates and improves tissue sampling (biopsies) in breast cancer patients, with a new patented micropulse technology.
